Vipassana the Art of Being With Yourself

Practice Vipassana (in Sanskrit - "special-seeing", in Buddhist term - "insight").

This is a sensory or thought watch meditation part of the Buddhist training of seeking insight into the true nature of reality. When we have thoughts or desires that we don't believe are appropriate or painful, they get tucked away in our subconscious mind and we will act on them without realizing it.

Vipassana allows you to see those thoughts, desires that are tucked away. Once you observe and acknowledge them, you can release them and stop working on programming.

When you take a Vipassana retreat course, you agree to abide by five precepts: no killing, no stealing, no lying, no sexual misconduct, and no intoxicants. No writing, no talking, no eye contact, no communicating. Every day is composed of 11 hours of mediation from 4 am to 9 pm in 1–2 hour chunks, with breaks in between. Usually, these retreats last for 10 days and are rather intense and emotional.

The exit on the other side it's supposed to be like a rebirth of the real and healed self.
