David Sinclair is a researcher who came up with some interesting findings to reverse aging.

Level 1 - Proteins that turn genes on and off (transcription factors), they read a gene and make a protein.
For this go hungry doing fasting or intermittent fasting. This will increase growth hormone production, stem cells and cell regeneration.

Level 2 - Silence genes for a long time. To do that you need to exercise, have a diet. Exercise daily, do weekly ice baths to build brown fat to keep you lean and warm, weekly hot baths and sauna 65 degrees C.

Level 3 - It looks at the methylation (chemicals bound to your DNA). Resveratrol 1 gram per day or a tea spoon, metformin (diabetics treatment which increases mitochondria number) taken for a long time to avoid the toxic effects and to not be taken on days when you exercise else it would be destructive.
 
Tip: Only level 3 has a permanent reset of the biological clock.
