Purpose

Often, I got stuck trying to find meaning and purpose in life.

Why do I do what I do since I don't enjoy it, nor see the point of it. If I stop doing what I am doing will it make a difference to the world, to my life? It all comes down to being trapped in the matrix and own thoughts. Doing what is expected to do rather than what resonates with me and sparks joy.

In my discovery I went to read books, watched insightful documentaries, attended self-development events and workshops, listened to mind opening podcasts. One thing came as a pattern. There is no big complex secret to discover this meaning. In fact, it's quite simple. Live and do more to find your purpose. Or more precise is to do more of what sparks joy to feel deeply alive. The laws of attraction will apply since we are all energy. What we feel and resonates with us we attract. You want to be in a constant state of bliss. To achieve this is to experience life by doing what resonates with us, our values, what makes us smile, or deeply connected with our values, to follow through and stay committed. To learn how to put healthy boundaries and say NO when is should be no and YES when is should be yes as being in line with our values. This will bring clarity and purpose. Else we lose our identity and sense of self, spiraling down the rabbit hole in an empty desolate state of being. I know because I've been there. It's a long self-discovery process, of healing, rising to self-awareness, consciousness, so mainly of growing and enlightenment. It's not an easy journey, I have to warn you. This is only for the brave and ready.

This is the order of things. Breaking things down into small steps by going backward.

To find your purpose you need to find your passion. To find your passion you need to experience and explore a wide range of things from places to live, to work, to eat, to read, to believe, to relate with. This is the only way to find out what you like, and dislike. Then you will identify that some things you like more than others. When you find what you like doing a lot, your passion will reveal, then spin it in a way that it's of service to others. When others will benefit from you doing your passion with commitment and dedication, this is when you will discover your purpose, because it will change lives and the world around you. This then will be your purpose served.

On a different point a view I've watched a talk which had a different perspective on purpose. We all look for purpose around us, but the purpose is not something or someone who holds it for us to find or discover. We are the purpose. We were born here at this moment in time, in this place to deliver it. What we are looking for is a placement. As we progress in life we have different callings based on what we know and are made of. This part of us has it's placement in life, in time and around the people and environment we are in, to create a change. When we fill this placement and fulfill our purpose we want to move on to the next one. The struggle is to find our new placement. As we grow, we understand and see things differently and as we do so, we have the right means to deliver the message or action to inspire others into creating change, insights, to help them grow. We have our own unique was to deliver this message and bring others to an awakening moment. This is all there is to it. Grow based on what resonates with you, as the danger is to grow at what is not our good side and keep on doing the same instead of focusing on growing what sparks joy in us. This might impede you from serving your purpose.
